WHAT I DO: I am a dedicated project management professional within the marketing and communications industry. HOW I DO IT: I work to ensure timeliness and quality of every proposal that I work on. At a given time, I manage 5-10 projects at once to ensure timeliness and quality. I work with each account team to plan staffing, content development, art direction, and timeline for each project. WHY IT WORKS: Building relationships with every team that I work with is key to developing the best proposal possible for the company. It's my job to focus on every detail within each proposal and make sure that all deadlines are being met on a given timeline. Developing trust and creating a positive workplace allows team members to focus on content and ensures that each proposal is meeting and exceeding client expectations.
