I am a dynamic, energetic, and outgoing individual who has a diverse work history spanning property management, IT recruitment, recreational diving and facilities management.Recently, I have been responsible for the on site facilities management of a large on-line betting company. My role has involved the smooth migration of the company into a new, state of the art, bespoke office facility and the ongoing management of both hard and soft facilities.Key Tasks:• Supervising and coordinating the Building Maintenance, Cleaning and Security teams for a 300 staff, 11 floor office building;• Managing the development of facilities from scratch, ensuring a smooth running, closely coordinated, efficient business area;• Reacting quickly to unexpected situations by managing the situation in an efficient and effective way to ensure the best outcome for everyone involved;• Service and maintenance agreement sourcing, negotiation, setup and management;• Organising daily, minor, maintenance works and integrating the proactive maintenance schedule I developed to maintain the high standards in the office environment;• Co-ordination and management of major work programs on site which involved liaising with suppliers, external contractors and staff to ensure smooth delivery;• Developing partnerships with sub-contractors to deliver, evaluate and improve services;• Service charge apportionments and calculations;• Utilities consumption analysis and accounting; Budget planning and comparisons; • Administering and operating the Building Management System to program and control various systems including access control, automated office lighting timings, external led lighting, blind operation and AC / fresh air settings.• Health & Safety initiatives I set up include the pre investigation for fire safety audit working to improve functionality; Ongoing Risk Assessment analysis and compliance; Organisation of fire and evacuation procedures including fire alarm tests; Organisation of fire warden and first aid training; PAT Testing Asset register compilation and upkeep.
