I worked to research and develop new product offerings to help the company continue to grow and stay on the bleeding edge of technology. Taking something from an idea through the financial analysis, customer focus groups, marketing analysis to final product creation and roll-out.Once the product or service was ready to roll-out, I was also involved with the training and cheer leading phase. It is important to educate both customers as well as employees when rolling out a new product.

Grew the Internet division from providing dial-up Internet in four communities to over 23,000 high speed Internet subscribers in over 60 communities.Developed and managed our internal in home technical support service, the Brainy Bunch. This also included our entry into the home security and video surveillance market.Created the vision and managed the development of the extremely successful Nex-Tech Classifieds/Discoverstuff.com. The site currently has over 250,000 registered users and over 13 million page views per month. It was a great revenue engine for the company as well.Managed the design and implementation of the WiMAX portion of our successful Broadband Stimulus submission. This was a portion of our $101 million dollar stimulus win.

When my twins were entering their sophomore year in high school the tennis coach left. The school struggled to find a replacement so I decided to step up and take over the responsibility. It was a great experience and one of the highlights of my parenting life.
