As the Senior Manager, Talent Enablement, I'm accountable for enabling Talent Management through strategic support and data-driven insights, driving our ability to attract, retain, and develop talent while fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

I was a full desk recruiter focused on positions in accounting, finance, audit, tax, and treasury verticals. I placed candidates with top companies in South Florida in positions such as Staff and Senior Accountant, Financial Analyst, Senior Internal Auditor, SEC Reporting Analyst, Financial Systems Analyst, Accounting Manager, Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst, Director of Financial Reporting, Controller, and CFO.I managed a full-cycle recruiting process in which I identified candidates using referrals, Boolean and LinkedIn searches, and targeted sourcing calls. I conducted technical and behavioral interviews to understand their experience and career goals and would then align candidates with the companies and opportunities that were the best fit for them. I consulted with hiring managers to help them select the best candidates for their current and future needs. I then worked with the candidates and hiring managers to negotiate the compensation package. The most enjoyable part of my job was the relationships I built with candidates and hiring managers.

My first foray in the staffing industry. Aerotek's 13-week training program laid the foundation for my career. I was promoted in 6 months from a Recruiter to Account Manager.
