I am the host of ServiceNow Store Highlights (SSH) which is a weekly video and audio podcast (and blog) that reviews new and updated applications released in the ServiceNow store.

I am a co-host along with Allison Shirey on the weekly podcast, The Otterly Owlsome Podcast with Allison and Justin. In this role I record weekly episodes with Allison where we discuss technology, ServiceNow, family, life and other random topics. In addition to co-hosting responsibilities I also edit and produce the weekly show in both audio and video formats as well as creation and distribution of promotional segments on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.

In this role I produce daily (sometimes more than daily) content and post that content on a blog, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. All of the content centers around my interests and personal growth, including fitness and health, experimentation, learning, technology, outdoors and gardening.

Working with pre-sales team as a ServiceNow subject matter expert to provide business and solutions consultancy to current and prospective clients. Perform pre-sales support calls with clients and Account Executives. Address client business issues and translate to value through ServiceNow solutions. Continually identify product improvements and stay on top of ServiceNow industry trends, market shifts and the competitive landscape. Gather requirements and design a technical solution that is designed, sized and scoped for successful project delivery. Provide cost estimates with regard to time and resources.

Responsible for the build and delivery of agreed upon system configurations that support documented workflow. Through proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills help to identify, communicate and resolve applications issues to maximize the benefit of IT applications and systems investments. Serve as a subject matter expert and make discretionary and joint decisions using professional judgement regarding clinical workflow and processes as they relate to clinical applications.

Supported Pharmacy-related applications in the Cerner Millenium software suite. In cooperation with Information Technology department, research, evaluate, test, implement and administer pharmacy-related computer systems. Act as local administrator on specific systems.
