I am experienced in all manner of infrastructure and construction, including waste treatment facilities, town centre regenerations, school expansion programmes, heritage buildings and complex, multi-use schemes. I am very familiar with and regularly advise on all standard form building contracts, appointments and ancillary documentation (including parent company guarantees, collateral warranties and performance bonds). I provide strategic advice to authorities and day to day guidance on negotiating and completion of all types of construction contracts. I am also a procurement specialist, with experience of all procedures under the Public Contracts Regulations. My practice also includes dispute resolution, with a focus on adjudication and procurement challenges.
