 Assist guests with hotel services, including responses to all inquiries Complete all administrative duties involved at the front desk  Use OperaSoftware for all functions of guest stays (booking reservations, guest billing, check-in & check-out).  Doorman role is to assist all incoming and outgoing guest with (luggage handling, inquiries, making sure the breezeway is clear and safe for all pedestrians and traffic)

 Assist the sales and catering managers with all administrative duties  Qualify all incoming phone calls and inquiries  Approve hotel invoices and take payments for banquet events  Assist with marketing by creating door signs, Company welcome signs and promotional packages.  Create Banquet Event Orders and update them as well as administer the change log using Sales Pro software Work closely with IT and Banquets to ensure all BEO requests have been met  Complete Prospecting calls  Assist VIP guests with special requests

 Arrange group, single and VIP reservations, using ChoiceAdvantage software program.  Work extensively with the accounting, sales, front office and kitchen teams to ensure that guest requests and needs are arranged.  Share information and recommendations with guests about the hotel, amenities and the area.  Resolve any issues, including late arrivals, no shows, and guest complaints.  On occasion, perform managerial tasks, including training of front desk staff, recruiting staff for guest services and assist the front desk manager with implementing new policies and procedures for the Front office department.  Provide additional support to various departments, when required (i.e. front desk, bell person, and housekeeping).  Active member on the social committee. Assist with hotel employee events.
