Working with new startup Comandante Pomade (www.pomadecompany.com) to bring the brand to market and assist with targeted branding and sales in the action sports and motorcycle lifestyle segments.

Freelance/Contract Position- Company Based In Bulgaria

• In charge of bringing a startup action sports oriented sock brand based out of Bulgaria to the US market.
• Responsible for US distribution and inventory management (forecasting, ordering, importation, warehousing, and allocation).
• Set all product pricing (wholesale & retail) for US market based on landed cost, current market conditions, and competitor comparisons.
• In charge of securing, coordinating, and supervising a team of US sales reps.
• Work with HO on overall marketing direction and company branding. Directly responsible for all US based marketing initiatives and brand building.
• Responsible for US team building and management in skate, snow, and surf categories; including budget, contracts, and athlete direction and branding.

Freelance/Contract Position- Company Based In Monrovia, CA

• Responsible for jump-starting all international and domestic product sales for a new US based snowboard brand.
• In charge of securing, coordinating, and supervising a team of international distributors and North American sales reps.
• In charge of sales forecasting and inventory management.
• Work with product design from initial conception through the final graphic designs.
• Assist with marketing direction and company branding in trade magazines, video, and social media.
• Work with outside vendors and media for the coordination and design of events, tradeshows, and demos.

Home Office Based Position- Company Based In Birmingham, AL

• Home office and field based position responsible for the growth and maintenance of a $50MM territory for one of California's largest non-standard auto insurance companies.
• Managed production and marketing and assisted/advised in the daily business operations of over 400 independent insurance agencies.
• Charged with growing company name branding and recognition in the local area through storefront signage, co-op advertising, and community events.
• Achieved 20% avg. territory growth on a yearly basis in the number of new locations selling the Infinity product.
• Generated an additional $17.25MM in growth from 2010-2012, a growth rate >10% above the company’s average growth during the same period in CA.

• Managed the daily operations of a new 10,000 sq. ft. action sports (skate, surf, snow, bmx) retail concept store with a unique interactive design including a mini-skatepark and rideable retail fixtures.
• In charge of overseeing a 15 person sales team: Hiring, training, scheduling, weekly/monthly team meetings, performance reviews, and disciplinary action/terminations.
• Worked with sales team to meet or exceed all key performance indicators: total $'s in sales (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly), shopper to customer conversion rate, average sales $'s per customer, and employee sales $'s.
• Responsible for the execution of unique community and brand building events such as in-store skate and BMX competitions, art shows, movie premiers, team demos, group snowboard trips, and equipment trade-in drives.

• Part of a 2 person team responsible for all US operations of a Japanese based brand.
• Achieved >2x annual growth from 2003 thru 2006 taking company from $100K in yearly sales to over $1MM in the US market.
• In charge of hiring, coordinating, and supervising sales reps for 10 U.S. territories.
• In charge of ordering and allocating inventory for the U.S., Canada, and Southern Hemisphere distribution.
