Successfully initiated processes to begin patching our server environment and starting processes that will ensure the security of our directory and SQL systems.

Successfully designed and implemented an automated solution for account creation and role associations for security and distribution groups.Successfully designed and implemented an external password reset mechanism with the tools necessary for our support staff to reset passwords in a web interface where a user's identity can be confirmed.Successfully designed and implemented a solution that allows for e-signatures of contracts, allowing for a faster turnaround time along with a central repository where contracts can be verified and reviewed at any time.

Upon successful completion of the Epic Project I was moved back into an I/S role for support of the Epic application and other duties. The Epic Project was only intended to go for approximately two years and then all staff were moved back into appropriate support roles.Responsible for creating, maintaining and deleting user accounts within our Active Directory, eDirectory and Epic systems for employees, physicians, alliance partners, students, volunteers and system accounts.Responsibilities were expanded to include monitoring security and distribution groups, creating methods to audit our user base and their associated security permissions assuring they were appropriate for their job role.

Responsible for Epic security design and implementation. Led a team of approximately 20 people to implement a security model that was able to be efficiently managed and audited.Successfully integrated a tap badge solution into our EMR that was utilized for 2 factor authentication, creating an efficient login and logout process for our user base and persistence of CCOW user and patient context within the environment.
