Network Responsibilities:•Install and maintain network and telecom systems. •Maintain operational procedures for all network appliances and processes. •Work with vendors on installation and maintenance of network appliances. •Serve as critical point of contact for all Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity situations. •Work closely with other system engineers related to IT projects deployment and IT supportSystem Administration Responsibilities:Lead small to medium origination systems projects and/or phases of projects of larger scope to implement new and/or modified process, procedures, or initiatives.Develop detailed work plans, schedules, and status reports, as well as project estimates and resource plans if applicable.If needed, runs project meetings and take responsibility for project tracking and analysis, providing updates to leadership.Analyze business processes and procedures to identify changes required as a result of project requirements.Develop project flow documents if needed.Work with project requestors to develop business case and train employees to perform the desired outcome of the project.Develop test plans including but not limited to test cases, test data requirements, and expected results for testing- design, implement, and train these plans.Execute test plans, document results, and work with all levels of employees to correct errors.Support sales, compliance, operations, and finance and research production issues as needed.Continually work to enhance and make recommendations for improvement to the loan origination system as it relates to efficiencies in the loan process through proactive communication and consistent follow up.
