Main duties included estimating projects from concept to GMP, implementing a new subcontractor solicitation software, and advancing the multifamily estimating procedures/systems.• Established the workflow for the prequalification program of an ENR 400 general contractor and one of the lead contacts for bringing in multiple clients with portfolios of several hundred multifamily units/yr.• Over 50% win ratio in the multifamily sector and 100% in healthcare working for 3rd party general contractors.• Created the preconstruction department and processes for an owner/developer/builder with a portfolio bringing online 750 new multifamily units per year.
