IDC's analysis and insight helps IT professionals, business executives, and the investment community to make fact-based technology decisions and to achieve their key business objectives.+ Consult with clients in the Technology sector on their objectives and propose events that would cater to their engagement needs and target audience.+ Partner with the Event Sales Team to formulate B2B events and engagements proposals that best meet client requirements and deliver best-in-class events that drive sales for IDC, increase customer satisfaction, and encourage repeat business.+ Develop and execute flexible delegate acquisition campaigns such as EDMs, telemarketing, social media, and LinkedIn outreach, based on target audience behavior.+ Create marketing collateral i.e. EDMs for delegate invitation purposes using HTML coding.+ Be the main client-facing point of contact for delegates (director and C-suite level) from various technology buying firms; engage, consult, and respond to queries and resolve simple to complex issues before and during the event itself.+ Plan and project manage end-to-end event set-up and logistics.+ Oversee the execution of physical or virtual go-live event days.+ Conduct After-Action Reviews to analyze delegate behaviors and gain insights such as peak hour(s) trends, engagement, delegate drop-out frequency, and reasons, etc. to improve and shape future events' metrics.+ Lead a team of 5 telemarketers based in the Philippines - set clear KPIs and manage performance against the KPIs.

- Sole person in the team managing delegate acquisition for events, managing the in-house database and building relationships with delegates.- Managed onsite registration to ensure positive first touch point for delegates.
