Justin has focused on organizational effectiveness across all business operations in a growing technology startup in addition to special projects to support the CEO's vision. His purview has included Board reporting, private equity investor relations, M&A activities, strategic planning, budgeting, new product planning, and corporate communications, along with general oversight of Human Resources and Information Technology. Major efforts include setting and reviewing KPIs, implementing OKRs across all teams, improving personnel feedback processes, establishing a continuous improvement methodology, and upgrading core technology systems. Prior to his internal business focus, Justin led the firm's growth into delivering services in emerging technologies -- cloud/hybrid environment management, data and business analytics, process automation, low code/no code solutions, custom application development, and digital transformation. He has advised clients across multiple industries, particularly healthcare and financial services.

Core Services are the core business functions driving business operations (excluding Finance), including internal IT, HR, Recruiting, continuous improvement, and internal communications. Justin acted as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and, largely, as Integrator, per the EOS definition.

P&L leader of a consulting service line focused on emerging technologies.

Justin's focus has been on technology-driven process improvement, specializing in emerging technologies such as advanced analytics, RPA, and AI across multiple industries and business functions. He has also advised executives in strategy, operations, finance, marketing, and change management.Justin has managed digital transformation programs, provided strategic guidance, driven scheduling, and implemented risk assessment and reporting, leading local and off-shore teams.

Justin's work ran from business analyst to product manager. He was the lead analyst on AMCAD's largest project from requirements gathering, Joint Application Design (JAD), customization, training, and deployment. He was an expert advisor to jurisdictions across the country before working as product manager for the company's flagship product. As an internal operations consultant, he initiated a prototype electronic product release documentation system reducing preparation time by more than 70%.

Justin led a peer assessment and improvement program in addition to normal teaching responsibilities and assisted in the establishment of extracurricular study and activity groups.
