Visionary interior designer Kelly Wearstler has thoughtfully appointed 200 furnished/unfurnished spaces and four spectacular penthouses with a subtle relaxation of Classic California style.As the Project Management Consultant to the Property Manager during pre-opening, I successfully:Acted as the primary liaison between the client and construction, development, design, contractor, and vendor teams by managing and communicating project requirements.Implemented client projects including PBX/HSIA software and hardware; Hardkey and RFID Keying Architecture; Standard Operating Procedure authoring and education for Operations (Front Desk and Concierge manuals); and Engineering (Preventative Maintenance Program design and scheduling) teams, securing WELL Building certification. Authored LAFD approved Building Emergency Procedures Manual containing procedures for resident and staff fire, earthquake, medical emergency, and bomb threat action plans, which has been utilized to populate a city sanctioned, web-based resident and staff safety training portal.
