Program coordinator and lead instructor for the Cyber Division, Technical Investigations Branch, Covert Electronics Surveillance Program. Manage, direct, develop, and conduct training to ensure students from over 90 Partner Organizations receive relevant training on varied electronic surveillance techniques. Manage and update program curriculum to ensure core training requirements and performance objectives are met. Research emergent technologies, practices, and techniques to ensure students and instructors remain on the cutting edge of training. Knowledge of electronic surveillance technologies; coordinate with other training managers, subject matter experts, and vendors to achieve results in the development and delivery of training material to ensure lessons and instructional methodologies remain current. Assist and co-instruct Center Basic Electronic Surveillance Equipment classes to include document and report writing and covert tracking/surveillance labs.Technical expert with more than sixteen years’ experience utilizing, installing, and operating electronic surveillance devices in support of criminal, fraud, and counterintelligence investigations. Design, build, use, and install complex covert electronic devices. Use and implement network internet protocol cameras (wired, cellular, and microwave), fixed and mobile CCTV cameras, and multiple types of body-worn audio/video recorders and transmitters. Use and install multiple makes and models of electronic GPS tracking devices.
