This experience unequivocally lead me into a career within the burgeoning ICT industry. My proud bearings in the army moulded me into a highly disciplined and effective technical lead. I have relished the opportunity to develop a career in an industry where technological innovation and rapid changes have rendered our ICT landscape with numerous opportunities. My role is instrumental in the successful projects that our team achieves time and time again. My close relationships with our clients’ and their IT team are paramount in ensuring that ongoing consultancy, adoption strategies and support services are executed at all times.During my career within Australia’s dynamic IT and Unified Communications arena, I have gained in-depth knowledge and valuable experience in deploying a range of unified communications solutions including Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, Skype for Business, VOIP, Session Border Controllers, Call-Centre Software Solutions (IVR) and collaboration suites.
