Worked with onshore leadership, product, implementation and test teams, as well as large offshore development team to roll out updates to Faster’s fleet management enterprise software. Helped rework development processes and systems in order to usher in a more Agile development methodology.

Responsible for the aggregation, processing and integration of industry specific data for parts, accessories and model specifications, to power ARI's website solutions and e-commerce engines. Directorate consists of four geographically disparate teams across the US, as well as acquired businesses, at home staff and contractors, and offshore service vendors.Current coverage includes over 500 brands of manufacturer unit data, over 100 brands of parts data, and over 250K SKUs of product data across the industries of marine, RV, power sports and outdoor power equipment.

Broadening of team composition to encompass a west-coast team under the ARI banner. Adds coverage for accessory catalog and wholegood unit data, as utilized in ARI's industry leading e-commerce solutions for the Powersports industry.Current coverage includes over 500 brands of manufacturer unit data and over 250K SKUs of product data across the industries of marine, RV, power sports and outdoor power equipment.

Responsible for two operational departments:• Production staff that provide all of Channel Blade's client facing deliverables and services, including corporate and dealer website platforms, lead management solutions, third party data feed integration and custom application and web development initiatives.• Data team of permanent and seasonal temp staff that collects and processes brand related data in order to power the website platform solution sold to Marine, RV and Powersport dealers.

Took over the lead developer role for the Star Wars CCG property for many of its final sets before the license expired, and was involved in the development of Decipher's new top tier property, The Lord of the Rings Trading Card game, for which myself and the team won the Best Trading Card Game of the Year award at the 2001 Origins awards. Also contributed to a series of other trading card games such as Jedi Knights, Young Jedi, Austin Powers, MegaMan and the Wars TCG.

I was brought to the US from Australia to manage the rules and worldwide tournament structure for Decipher's flag-ship Star Wars CCG property. This was a marketing team role that included review of new rules for upcoming design sets, managing player feedback and decision making on existing game issues, and authoring new rules documentation and marketing content. The role also included attendance at Comic and Game Conventions, oversight of the tournament structure, and the role of senior judge for all the top tier qualifying tournaments for the Championship circuit, as well as the World Championship event.
