Justin Bond manages the land investments and development process on behalf of R.A. and assists with various subsidiaries of the company.Bond previously served as Director of the Development Services team in the City of Burleson, Texas, bringing new businesses into town, assisting applicants through the municipal review process, and encouraging growth in the community that matches the desires of its citizens. Prior to that, Justin managed a public affairs team for Chesapeake Energy in the Barnett Shale region of Texas. His work focused on site development and community education for the urban drilling and production of natural gas. Bond also worked in Washington, D.C. supporting Congressman Joe Barton as a legislative aide, and also as a project manager for Basden Steel, a local manufacturer in Burleson.Justin resides in Burleson with his wife, Lauren, and five amazing children - Elizabeth, Ryer, Joy, Anne and Grace.
