Coordinated events nationally and internationally on behalf of President Biden, First Lady Dr. Jill Biden President Obama, former Vice President Biden, and First Lady Michelle Obama. Served in both Site Lead and Press Lead advance capacities along with other logistical roles for first and second family travel. Built events for over 7,500 people and events that encompassed over 100 members of the media as well as a traveling press corps.

Elevating events for the greater Kansas City area through breathtaking downtown skyline backdrops and premier event services.

Supported and secured security and logistical needs for large scale media events, town halls, share forums, and OTR events. Worked with vendors and third-party contractors to ensure event optics and setup. Coordinated with executive staff daily for planning progress updates, SOW timelines, and budget protocols.

Served as a Major Market liaison for the Central region in execution of strategic market development events and meetings. Instrumental in coordinating developmental, mid-market, and premier account initiatives for events. Supported regional and national office leadership teams with G2M programs to enhance business relationships and client loyalty.

Managed all aspects of domestic and international events for clients such as U.S. Chamber of Commerce: Hiring Our Heroes initiative; Former President Bill Clinton and former Secy. of State Hillary Clinton Foundation travel and events; Got Your 6; 100,000 Homes Campaign; Give An Hour: Celebration of Service. Interfaced with client representatives to coordinate and execute desired outcomes and messaging for events.

Led budget, compliance, permitting, and other needs for the National Day of Service for the 57th Presidential Inauguration. Served as both Operations Manager and Surrogate Lead of Community Service Activities.

Travelled on behalf of President Obama's reelection campaign throughout the United States, serving as both Site and Press Lead. Assisted in coordinating events for First Lady Michelle Obama, Vice President Joseph R. Biden, Former President Bill Clinton, rock stars Jon Bon Jovi and Bruce Springsteen.

Served on management team for final night of the 2012 Democratic National Convention at Bank of American Stadium. Led event logistics and operations transforming the stadium into a 75,000 person event; Assisted in managing large-scale budgets.
