SaluNexus is a medical device distributor working internationally to identify difference-making technologies that drive improved patient outcomes.

In this role I worked with the top accounts in the Seattle area where NI identified growth potential and realized 23-fold revenue growth in 8 years. I worked with tech companies to bring down total cost of test through automation, on applications including aerospace, robotics, consumer devices, and industrial electronics.

I interface with engineering companies across diverse industries, including consumer electronics, biomedical, semiconductor, and aerospace. My performance is measured by NI revenue growth in a defined set of accounts, I achieved at least 35% growth for the first four quarters on which I've been measured.- Focus on long-term customer success, and actively seeking feedback on customer experience- Identify business opportunities for NI customers to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality, reduce total cost of test, and decrease time to market - Technical consultant to customers for the complete portfolio of NI products and services - Develop and perform product/technology demonstrations and present at technical seminars

Researching and writing a technical section of a landscape report for biodegradable packaging materials for vaccines. This includes technical specifications for “biodegradable” materials, and reviewing and summarizing biodegradable materials in development that could be used for primary, secondary, or tertiary packaging for vaccines (including description of the materials, manufacturers, properties of the materials, and their current uses).

In this role I provided technical training and capacity building for biomedical technicians in developing countries, with most of my experience coming in Honduras. Through the BMET Training Program conducted by Engineering World Health and financed by GE Foundation, we built the essential practical, hands-on skills of local technicians to repair and maintain medical equipment in the low-resource clinical setting.This experience has gave me strong technical, management, and leadership experience in a cross-cultural environment. I led international and bilingual teams to create long-lasting, sustainable change within existing local institutions, including a new BMET Training program within Honduras' public vocational school, INFOP.- Managed the day-to-day operations of the Biomedical Equipment Technician (BMET) Training Program in Honduras, an international program financed by GE Foundation, resulting in a sustainable, locally-run training program. - Wrote grants leading to over $2 million in funding for the organization. - Directed EWH staff on-the ground in Honduras. - Edited and oversaw creation of over 1,000 pages of curriculum materials and collaborated with guest instructors. - Delivered lectures and conducted practical laboratory lessons in Spanish to Honduran BMETs in electronics, microcontrollers, biomedical equipment, math, healthcare technology management, professional development, and computer skills. - Collaborated with local educational partner and Honduran Ministry of Health to create long-lasting institutional change, including a new and independent academic department complete with trained faculty, nearly 100 students (full-time and part-time), local operating budget, and fully equipped training laboratory.

Responsible for the technology design work at EWH, including the Projects That Matter and Kits programs. Point person for EWH Chapters, EWH Kits, and the EWH Design Competition. Web developer for EWH website.

Assisted in instructing two semesters of Embedded Controllers (Fall 2007, 2008) course for upperclassmen and graduate students. Repaired, maintained, and inventoried computers and electronic hardware for use in class projects involving robots and microcontrollers. Answered questions and debugged software for students by appointment and during four weekly office hours. Taught two three-hour lab sessions each week as teaching assistant for one semester of Biomedical Electronics course (Spring 2008). Instructed students in circuit design and troubleshooting, and administered practical exams.

Tutored Tulane students in calculus, chemistry, physics, circuits, and engineering courses. Promoted from tutor to supervisor in May 2006. Managed six to eight tutors in the position of supervisor.
