- I was hired by the IQ Business Group to fulfill the role of Process Integrator on a variety of projects they were working on in the Nedcor Technology and Operations Innovation space (an arm of Nedbank – one of the big 4 banks in South Africa). - The Process Integrator is responsible and accountable for planning, managing and controlling the delivery of the respective quality process outputs on projects within time and cost estimates to achieve the project objectives.

Worked on project to reconstruct of insurance contracts that had been incorrectly entered onto the system and to amend the resultant ledger.

Conducted Balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations and also worked on some Ad Hoc projects.

Performed and co-managed audits of a variety of different companies in both the Manufacturing and Distribution group and the Financial Services group.
