CurrentReceived email correspondence from guests and travel partners and responded with appropriate information regarding their upcoming cruise.Backed up the call center to respond to similar concerns on the phone.Assisted with troubleshooting guest concerns, sometimes financial, and working with leadership to find a satisfactory resolution.Worked with Siebel system to retrieve and respond to requests. Also used Forticlient and Cisco Any Connect for remote access.Also worked in Reservations, Special Services (responsible for booking Cruise Tours and providing information, and assisting with Hilton Grand Vacation bookings) and the Pre-Cruise team.
