**Affected by RIF in April 2023**As sole designer, I worked across two teams to provide UX audits, user flows, design iterations, and interactive prototypes alongside collaborative product and engineering colleagues. Working closely together, our teams successfully rolled out digital solutions for our financial products, including a new flow to provide additional offering due evolve with market shifts and to increase customer base while enabling efficiency and value for both, our internal support teams and external real estate agencies.

Designed for the Budgeting & Planning product where I collaborated in cross-functional team of designers, developers, product managers and directors, and customer support managers. I contributed by gathering insights, defining plans for roadmap goals, discussing technical feasibility with engineering, as well as creating and refining product solutions for a collection of tools such as budget proposals, budget spreadsheets, budget reports, and employee cost analysis for Local, City, and State Governments.

I led UX and the evolution of Smartling's localization platform, including CAT tool for translators and additional products to enable translation requests, edits, reviews, and automation workflows. I worked for a couple years as sole Product Designer and then hired and managed a second UX Designer for the team. I connected regularly with our enterprise customers to gather feedback over existing features and early concepts, as well as review specs for features, and iterated solutions for the Product team. I worked closely with developers to define and refine UI components for our design system.

While our whole design team wears many hats, jumping from business cards and logos to website design, my specialty at the studio has increasingly been focused to leading and pushing the User Experience of our digital work forward. I've done this by advocating for better processes, such as using InVision to help prototype ideas for clients to more clearly show the flow of their content, as well as by creating Site Maps to simply and logically address how customers might encounter a brand.In January 2017, my role at Switch evolved into a more focused role leading the UX process with our Creative Director to develop and advocate for clarifying Wireframes using tools such as InVision to help our clients understand the flow of their content, developing Site Maps to logically address and simplify how customers might encounter the brand, and providing feedback and guidance to teammates for their interactive work.Select Clients:MYCON General Contractors, Skybox Datacenters, InMyBag, ImageNet, O-Venture, Figari Davenport, Retail Street Advisors, AdoptED, ACT for Justice
