Directed and responsible for the planning, entitlements, development, and construction of complex, high-end single-family residences ($6M-$14M value) from property acquisition, design, approvals, budgeting, financing, to contract purchasing, construction, and sale-to-market. Supervised the construction and development team, including construction supervisors, managing 60+ contracts with vendors and subcontractors, including relationships with all project consultants (architect, engineers, design consultants). Managed key day to day HNWI client relationships during all phases of projects. Co-managed the development, construction, and lease up of Greenwich Shore (www.greenwichshore.com), a $30M 75,000 GSF/55-unit multi-family project in Greenwich, CT

Consulted with engineers, architects, and land use agents on identifying potential environmental concerns in the real estate development of hundreds of residential and commercial properties. Provided design plan solutions to facilitate land approvals and development while ensuring compliance with environmental law.
