I.T. Professional with 17 years of diverse I.T. support experience. I started my career as an I.T. field technician gaining valuable hands on experience over 6 years. With a passion for all thing’s tech and the motivation and determination to succeed in everything I do. I moved to Michigan where I continued to learn and advance my skills working for a software company then joined Apple and then relocated to Minnesota where I spent 6 years working for the largest energy transportation company in North America as a desktop support analyst advancing into enterprise security then spent 4 years as a business analyst / specialist supporting multiple offices and projects across several states. Returned home to Michigan where I joined SpartanNash Headquarters leading on a 500 PC Windows 10 deployment. Then Covid happened... I joined Spectrum Health IS Service Desk where we averaged 6500 calls a week supporting multiple hospitals spread across western Michigan. Returned back to SpartanNash to identify and manage the replacement of all Windows 7 devices across 18 distribution centers in multiple states while supporting and overseeing daily operations, training of new hires and supporting the executive team and all other SpartanNash locations.
