My primary focus is on scaling direct sales and managing extensive marketplace operations. Here are some of the key achievements and responsibilities of my role:E-commerce Growth: Spearheaded initiatives that resulted in a tenfold increase in direct website sales, growing from £100K to over £1M annually within three years. This growth was driven by strategic enhancements in site usability, targeted Google advertising campaigns, and refined SEO practices to boost organic search visibility.Marketplace Sales Management: Collaborated with an offshore team to streamline operations and expand our presence on Amazon, leading to a substantial increase in sales to nearly £10M annually. My role involved optimising our marketplace strategy, overseeing inventory management, and ensuring pricing competitiveness across all listings.Operational Efficiency: Implemented Linnworks as our central system to manage order processing, and customer service workflows.
