▪ Build UGA’s largest tech community dedicated to developing connected, career-ready, and impact-oriented students through yearly software projects that benefit our community▪ Direct outreach, technical, and instructional initiatives among a leadership team of 15, attracting 450 new members, bringing in campus partners, and providing members resources to learn our tech stack▪ Set attainable goals/deadlines, delegate tasks, and organize Atlassian services for the leadership team to drive productivity, aggregate knowledge, and facilitate asynchronous administrative work▪ Document and establish organizational operations, meeting notes, key leadership decisions, and brand guidelines to ease future leadership transitions and ensure standards are always explained and upheld

▪ Aggregated and manipulated live supply data using DAX and Power Queries, connecting large, dynamic datasets into comprehensive facility models▪ Designed UI mockups and style guidelines in Figma to collect supervisor feedback; unify dashboards with accessible, on-brand designs; and ease adherence to a consistent design language in future reports▪ Built and deployed dynamic Power BI reports that provide real-time performance metrics for 16 floor workers, improving productivity, and management, supporting executive initiatives like pay-by-performance▪ Wrote 50 pages of technical documentation to explain key design decisions and facilitate maintenance/expansion
