Directly responsible for the daily technical training, supervision and mentoring of a team of up to 10 employees in Information Technology (IT) entrusted with over $1,700,000 in assets.-I was leading a team of up to 10 people during fast paced equipment changes/upgrades and kept the new employees trained as they were introduced to the systems.-Led a team accountable for over 40 classified and unclassified computer network workstations-I had a 100% success rate for keeping the data systems ready and available during key moments of operations over the course of nearly 5000 hours.

A full time, instructor led, IT training program developed by Microsoft and Embry-Riddle that provides transitioning service members a solid theoretical foundation and hands-on experience for challenging IT careers in any industry.- Develop administrative and logical polices for identity management and access control- Improve reliability and availability of application, data, and decision support systems through server cluster load-balancing, automatic or managed failover, and backup/restore capability to enhance organization capability- Use systems management and administration technologies to monitor, manage and administer cloud environments to achieve high availability, protection and recovery services.- Use Windows Systems Center and Azure technologies to manage virtual networks, virtual machines and related technologies, to plan, configure, control, optimize and support private cloud infrastructures, systems and applications.
