Hi, my name is Justin. I’ve worked as a residential electrician for the past 4 years, developing and improving my ability to work on a team and lead a team. I led 2-4 man crews and communicated with clients to ensure adequate quality and quantity of work was met. As a supervisor I acquired a better understanding of organization by prioritizing what work needed to be done first and maintaining a safe and organized job site. Attention to detail is something I excel at and was necessary in my previous career, as well as finding creative solutions to the problems I was presented with.I’m very self-motivated and good at teaching myself new things. As a teenager I taught myself how to play guitar and draw portraits, a few of which were commissioned. I began learning to code on my own through Codecademy and other online resources, which led me to Centriq to become a developer. Working with code and creating something that will benefit others, as well as solving problems and working toward solutions are things I enjoy. I’m always willing to learn new things and better myself on a team or on my own.
