• Managed the day-to-day activities of a nationwide team of in-house and field staff that were responsible for the negotiation and execution of leases, easements, or surface site agreements on tribal, Federal and fee lands in North Dakota, New Mexico, and Texas. • Served as the acquisition lead on the formation of 7 separate midstream business organizations that were created by WPX to prepare for the divestiture of midstream assets. Projects required pipeline identification, GIS mapping, and acquisition of easements for existing and future crude, gas and water pipeline infrastructure, as well as surface sites related to product compression and processing • Led a multi-function project team consisting of production engineering, GIS, legal and land to clean up and clarify WPX’s 300+ miles of Stateline Water and Stateline Gathering pipeline infrastructure. Oversaw the projects $3 million budget and hired the appropriate people necessary to verify and map these systems.

• Promoted to lead the reorganization of the Permian Surface Land team. Successfully reengaged the group in WPX’s processes turning the group from a significant issue to a company asset• Oversaw the acquisition process of WPXs $100 million surface purchase of Texas Pacific Land Trust’s property in Loving and Reeves County, Texas. This included assisting in negotiation of the PSA, agreement review, performance of a phase 1 environmental review, and all title due diligence • Successfully worked to clear up a 3-mile pipeline trespass issue that included 11 different surface owners. Project needed Easements and a surface purchase to avoid litigation and a production deadline

• Served as the Mineral Landman over various WPX Energy land positions in Texas, New Mexico, Wyoming, and Colorado• Broad experience that covers the entire spectrum of oil and gas operations including drill ready, Federal Units, JVs, Farm Ins/Outs, PSAs, Trade Agreements and Operating Agreements• Served as a team member on over $5 billion worth of Acquisition/Divestiture deals conducted by WPX since 2015, this experience covered actual PSA negotiations down to individual agreement review and due diligence activities• Original team member of WPX’s Permian Asset land team where I helped put together and successfully drill some of the company’s first 2-mile locations• Sourced and negotiated lease trades on over 300+ net acres with major companies including Apache, Matador, Kaiser-Francis, Mewbourne, Anadarko, Marathon, and Chevron• Located, negotiated, and closed over $15 million in lease packages or new OGLs

• Negotiated and drafted surface land agreements and oil and gas leases with landowners and their representatives in the Grand Valley, South Grand Valley, and Parachute Fields of WPX’s Piceance Basin asset• Assisted the planning department with permitting and regulatory filings with federal, state, and regional agencies, including APDs, BLM COCs, state, and county utility permits, and Town of Parachute permitting

• Presidential appointment that provided strategic and analytical support to the Director and Deputy Directors of the BLM for major policy initiatives, such as Federal Oil and Gas Leasing, oil shale and tar sands regulations, and best management practices for oil and gas development• Managed the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Resource Advisory Councils and staff; facilitated the Secretarial appointments of over 350 public citizens who served on the councils
