My objective was to work with clients and assist them in bringing their product idea(s) through the Invent@NMU five-step validation, ideation, commercialization, production, and operations process. First, as a designer, I worked to produce various concepts of client product ideas through sketches and infographics. Then, as the idea developed and became more mature, I participated in the prototyping phase of design through producing physical models and CAD.I worked side by side with mechanical engineers and other designers throughout the entire design process. Through the collaboration with my team, I enhanced my education by learning from each other's disciplines. In addition, I utilized various tools at my disposal to achieve each project, such as Adobe CC, Rhinoceros, Keyshot, an Ultimaker 3D printer, and their Cura software, and physical tools such as band saws, sanders, mills, and lathes.

I supported faculty with teaching and learning in online and classroom-based environments by providing resources, tools, and services that enable faculty to use technology to deliver and enhance pedagogically sound courses innovatively.

I serviced mobile devices from brands such as Apple, Samsung, and Google and performed work on Apple Macintosh computers. My main objective at 906 Technologies was to communicate with the customer and inform them about what could be done to repair their machine. Keeping true to industry standards and a personal knack for maintaining high quality, I made sure to repair devices while paying attention to tiny details.

I worked as a team member to help repair and diagnose problems with students notebook PCs. I was tasked with diagnosing hardware and software related issues, as well as properly cleaning and documenting them.

I repaired Apple mobile devices through iCracked. I had to promote my repair services and promptly answer all repair requests while meeting with clients to meet their needs.
