My name is Justin Roach, and I recently graduated from Clemson University in May of 2024. I was actively engaged in both my academic pursuits and my commitment to making a positive impact in my community through my fraternity as treasurer and vice-president. In September 2024, I started my career for USLI as an insurance associate on the policy services team. I am passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring every detail is handled with care. In my role, I focus on providing top-notch policy delivery and addressing customer inquiries with efficiency and attention to detail. Collaborating with a team of dedicated professionals, I’ve developed expertise in Property and Casualty Insurance through hands-on learning and cross-training in areas like endorsement processing and premium reporting. I’m also committed to continuous growth, pursuing education opportunities and mentoring new team members to contribute to a supportive and high-performing environment.As I continue into the next phase of my life, I hope to grow both personally and professionally.
