Responsible for driving the strategy, growth, and eCommerce operations of Pawz.com (#811 on the Inc. 5000 2020), a fast-growing D2C apparel brand with a mission to help save dogs in style by donating 10% of their annual profits to no-kill shelters throughout the USA. Primary accountabilities include leading all paid digital marketing campaign development & implementation, in support of overall conversion, acquisition, and brand awareness goals, as well as overseeing website presence and optimizing the customer journey & digital marketing funnels.

Responsible for leading the global eCommerce division for Petlandia.com, producing a unique range of customized storybooks & merchandise for pet lovers using an innovative personalization back-end platform and user generated content. Main accountabilities include owning the entire on-site customer journey, from maximizing conversion rate optimization (Google Analytics), maintaining shopping cart platform (Magento 2.0) leading all fulfillment & logistics relationships, establishing multi-variant testing standards (Google Optimize), overseeing all paid search advertising (FB, Google Adwords), e-mail marketing campaigns (MailChimp), and SEO initiatives.Key achievements include increasing annual revenue by 250% by building new global sales markets in the US & AUS, in conjunction with improving domestic UK profit margins.Responsible for the P&L, while working closely with the COO & CTO to forecast and deliver against cost, revenue, and sales KPIs. Focused on producing daily reporting and in-depth analytics to drive sales & marketing decisions.

Responsible for growth of LINLEY’s US & UK online sales activity, specializing in high-end gifts & home accessories, by overseeing all website operations, digital marketing, and brand presence. Key accountabilities included directing eCommerce platform development (Magento), planning all e-mail marketing activities (MailChimp) & building a data-driven customer base from on-site activity. Significant projects included organization of website redesign, ongoing analysis of site performance through weekly reporting, and improving site conversion by streamlining order fulfillment and monitoring key account customer relations.

Responsible for performance, P&L, marketing, budget, and overall direction of the growing company’s annual revenue from US online retail sales, specializing in gifts & novelties, and glow-in-the-dark & light up party supplies. Directed an in-house digital sales team who worked across five retail ecommerce sites (Stupid.com, GagGifts.com, Glowsource.com, SureGlow.com, LightedUniverse.com), a wholesale site (FunQiGifts.com), & two robust Amazon Seller Central Channels (StupidGifts & Glowsource), in partnership with a third-party warehouse to manage a large-scale & diverse inventory. Key initiatives included overseeing product development and international merchandise sourcing, management of SEO & PPC performance, monitoring all customer service team decisions, and developing e-mail marketing strategies.
