Working at the Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation, and Unity (OPAPRU) -- mandated to manage, direct, integrate, and supervise the implementation of the Comprehensive Peace Process including initiatives that promote and reinforce national reconciliation and unity -- to deliver the following tasks:1. Supervise, direct, and manage the delivery of tasks for non-supervisory personnel of the CAB Implementation Office; 2. Manage workflow and create time schedules of teams and groups in a given collaborative task/s; 3. Assist in the general supervision of and provide technical and secretariat support to various mechanisms and ad hoc committees, i.e., Inter-Cabinet Cluster Mechanism on Normalization (ICCMN); 4. Consolidate, review, and evaluate plans and activities of Program 1 offices to ensure programming, integrating, and harmonizing of processes and outputs; 5. Prepare reports based on the collected outputs of Program 1 offices; 6. Plan and prepare reports of OPAPRU’s institutional requirements and compliances, i.e., organizational and staffing structures, Performance Governance System (PGS), International Organization for Standardization (ISO), etc.; 7. Provide reports on the status of the CAB Implementation, and inputs on strategies and emerging issues to support strategic decision processes, and response in major or critical issues; 8. Plan and provide technical leadership and strategic guidance on program and stakeholder management; 9. Review, develop, and maintain a comprehensive database relative to the CAB Implementation; 10. Plan and implement activities that will increase the participation and convergence of key external and internal stakeholders in the implementation of the CAB; and, 11. Undertake other tasks as required by the Director IV.

Working as a Teaching Associate at the Ateneo School of Government (ASoG) - Master of Public Management graduate classes with the following tasks:1. Assist the designated Guest Lecturers with instructional design and course preparation, including finalization of the course syllabus, curation or production of course content, organization of the course materials in the learning management system;2. Assist the designated Guest Lecturers in conducting the course by performing;3. Conduct necessary research and data gathering needed for the course as specified by the Guest Lecturer/s;4. Moderate discussions by providing inputs and guidance in response to student queries;5. Manage the online learning management system course site;6. Serve as liaison between the Guest Lecturer/s and the students with regards to the course;7. Perform other related tasks as may be requested by the ASOG Academic Head.
