In 10 years of higher education and collegiate athletics coaching - I’ve developed a passion for inspiring others to find what they’re passionate about. As a nationally recognized recruiter, I’ve developed the mantra of “Culture Matters”. The quality of people is just as important as the talent. Through this core competency, I was recognized as the 2013 Top New Professional by NACA in the field of higher education. Through college athletics, I’ve developed numerous POTY winners, All-Conference members, and national rankings. I continue to be motivated by helping others find their passions and recruiting perfect fit students into our program.
