Focus is mainly on Web and Application based server support to include SharePoint, Project Server, TomCat, ColdFusion and IIS. • Implemented "Runbook" documentation program, as well as introduced automated methods of server documentation saving hours of Administrative time and software licenses.• Assisted in creating several key document templates for the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) allowing development teams, Server Administrators, Software Build & Deployment teams as well as Project & Program Managers to minimize overall documentation while maximizing the quality of the information about the systems and software. • Implemented monitoring program via SCOM for servers and websites to detect outages before clients call. This also keeps changes to a minimum due to email alerts being sent upon unscheduled maintenance.• Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and MetaStorm BPM based software setup, support and training.• Assisted in deployment of multiple SharePoint environments, to include multiple domains and DMZ (public-facing) based servers using single and multi-node architectures and clusters. Also developed the System Security Plan for the entire project, as well as setup the architecture for many of the security groups/rules for the entire project.

Started as Tier 1 phone support working with Win 3.11, Win 95-ME with Dialup customers and quickly moved to Tier 2. At year two, I became one of the first reps on the "New Product Support" when DSL, Cable, Satellite, and Wireless Broadband products started rolling out in the industry. Merged to Earthlink from here.
