I was hired to reimagine, overhaul, and scale an entire software-based product line and department for AutoVitals, an organization specializing in customer acquisition, digital vehicle inspection, workflow management, and customer retention for thousands of auto repair shops nationwide.Faced with failing Customer Acquisition product lines and high customer and employee churn rates, I successfully revamped the cross-functional product line, and department, to increase monthly subscriptions, reduce customer churn, and generate additional high-value products. The result was increased employee and customer satisfaction, along with revenue growth, leading to a highly profitable and award-winning product portfolio showcased at SEMA in Las Vegas.
