As the Managing Director, Justin is in charge of overseeing the company and all high level processes. With regards to production he is responsible for ensuring all the right pieces and people are in place, ensuring a client focused experience and customer centric videos.Previously, as Director, Strategic Insight of Concerto Marketing Group, Justin was responsible for understanding your customers and making sense of your business, competitive landscape and industry's trends through market research. His research insights and strategic acumen helped navigate brands in technology, real estate, financial service, higher education, retail, food and environmental sustainability. In his time there he also came to become a very skilled practitioner in Morphological Psychology and Research methods. He still acts as a market research consultant and freelances on the occasional project.Justin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, where he concentrated in Marketing and pursued a Joint Major in Psychology, where he specialized in Consumer Behavior and Social Psychology. He has also guest lectured at Simon Fraser University and the University of the Fraser Valley.
