• Oversees and Develops Product Support plan throughout Product Life Cycle• Product development of Advanced Audio/RF Circuitry, systems and architectures and provides updates to relevant stakeholders.• Reports detailed trend analysis and collaborates with PDD, SQE, MOL and CQE to perform root cause analysis of trending failures.• Drives all change management efforts for product maintenance.• Facilitates implementation of tools and techniques to assure ongoing process performance, including analysis of ongoing process capabilities and proposing process improvements.• Curates company wide Support Documentation. • Develops Special process that executes plan to ensure compliance to sensitive issues• Collaborates with Emerging Markets to coordinate special communications.• Leads collaborative solutions for Field support of high profile customers.• Coordinates with Training and Development Engineer, local facilitation of Regional Service Center Training to Channel Partners in region but not limited to communication with Distributor, manpower, equipment, material, training program design, etc. to conducting the training itself.

• Generating and executing focused and pseudo test cases of various configurations based on coverage analysis• Maintaining physical test environment and test hardware setup used in validation testing.• Debugging failures cross functionally with Software/Firmware, System Hardware and Silicon teams.• Tracking, analyzing and reporting of critical test data.• Creating software checks to compare observed behavior against expected behavior that is derived from system specifications.• Developing and optimizing test framework and tools to create a controlled validation environment to support large scale validation• Designing and defining new validation strategy as well as detailed test plans.
