As the Project Co-ordinator I am responsible for the timely and quality delivery of projects following established processes. My key responsibilities are co-ordination of internal resources, management of day to day issues with projects, contacting customers to schedule activities and communicating project plans to customers with clear deliverables. A critical part of this role is to complete the invoicing cycle ensuring that projects are flagged appropriately for invoicing, forecasting expected invoicing for the next cycle period based on the work in plan and notifying the Projects Team Manager of any unexpected alterations to invoice profile.

· Deliver high-quality training services to customers. · Configuring Civica’s software applications to suit each customer’s business requirements in line with proven/best practice. · Delivery of Training and Support for the use of Civica’s software applications. · Creation and maintenance of training materials; help documentation and manuals for the Libraries and Education Solutions’ product range. · Provide feedback on Customers’ use of the software or areas of improvement to the Project Manager, Account Manager or Product Manager to promote further use of our products in the customer base. · Assisting Warranty, Support and Delivery Teams investigate and resolve Implementation and Product issues as required.· Regularly report on activities fully and openly to the Delivery Team Lead as required. · Meet and exceed Key Performance targets and objectives. · Work with other parts of the Civica organisation as required achieving the desired commercial outcomes.· Ensure that the Professional Services provided are of a high quality to promote customer referrals.
