Commanded the AF's largest Security Forces Squadron comprised of 602 military and civilian personnel. The organization was responsible for the security and defense of the entire U.S. B-2 bomber fleet valued at $46B, squadrons of A-10s and T-38s valued at $3.2B, a Weapons Storage Area and 36 other special access areas while providing police services for a 10K person community.Served as the regulatory compliance expert for strategic security requirements. Continuously evaluated compliance and mitigated risk to mission through a robust oversight program that was validated through multiple rigorous audits and inspections. Managed a $20M security system installation project and overcame acquisition shortfalls by expertly managing personnel and advocating for proper compensatory resources. Served as the Chairman of the Threat Working Group and Installation Antiterrorism Officer tasked to fuse eight local police agencies and the FBI to share and examine intelligence for possible posture changes to the installation to mitigate risk to the people and military capability.

Held a key leadership position as Deputy Commander for the Air Force's largest Security Forces Group; four squadrons; 1200+ Defenders. Ensured compliance with Nuclear Weapons Security Standards 24/7/365. Enabled precision combat capability; protected Main Support Base, Weapons Storage Area, 15 Missile Alert Facilities, and 150 Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Launch Facilities on alert in a 13,800 square mile area of responsibility. Provided specialized teams/security for maintenance activities and logistics movements in direct support to U.S. Strategic Command and 20th Air Force's Task Force 214. Ensured safe/secure/effective security operations; mentored subordinate squadron commanders.
