As a Technical Account Manager at QGenda, I assist healthcare providers utilize QGenda's innovative software to better organize their workforce so that they can best serve their patients. I joined QGenda in October 2023, after working at Cloudmed and graduating from Duke University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and minors in Chemistry and Biology. At CloudMed, I've not only honed my analytical and technical skills but also developed a keen understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle landscape. I'm interested in leveraging data to solve complex problems, improve operational efficiencies, and drive financial success.At Duke, I gained valuable research and leadership skills through various academic and extracurricular activities. I worked as a Research Assistant at the Identity and Diversity Lab, where I assisted with conducting studies on social cognition, prejudice, and stereotyping. I also served as a Social Chair at the Club Tennis team and a Marketing and LDOC Committee member at the Duke University Union, where I organized and promoted events and programs for the student community. Additionally, I volunteered at the BRITElab and Project BUILD, where I supported neuroscience and youth development initiatives, respectively. I am passionate about the intersection of healthcare, business, and technology, and I aspire to pursue a career that combines these fields. I am also interested in photography, and I have been working as a freelance photographer since 2019, covering various events and occasions. I enjoy capturing moments and stories through my lens, and I have developed a keen eye for aesthetics and creativity.
