As I've grown at DLB, i've remained accountable for getting work done, while also building client relationships that leave them delighted with our services. In my current role, I will continue to focus my effort on finding, building and managing programs that will contribute to our long-term success and growth.

Greater Atlanta Area

My role is 'management' in the trenches. I spend my time focusing on validating and optimizing facilities while providing technical guidance and leadership for the commissioning team at large. Our team focuses on the human aspects of engineering and commissioning, truly understanding the client's needs and solving the right problems to meet those needs. Our core competency is mission critical data centers, we regularly work on some of the largest and most complex in the world, however, we scale our numerous services from hyperscale data centers to retail space.

What started as a co-op position quickly evolved into a full-time gig. I had great mentors as I soaked in what it was that a mechanical contractor does, and how to interact with a construction team. I progressed quickly into a role where i was running projects, learning to draft, managing project financials, assisting with technical details, and ultimately beginning my involvement in BMS controls, equipment start-up, testing & commissioning.

Kennesaw, Ga

Automobiles have always been a passion of mine, so as I moved to Atlanta for school, I decided changing oil, tires and batteries was as good a start as any into the field. Quickly progressed from the shop into a hybrid role on the sales floor due to my ability to interact with customers and meet their needs, while still performing some install work.

Dalton, Ga

Like most in Dalton, GA, i went to work in the carpet mill as soon as I graduated high school, while i worked through my first two years of college. I quickly learned many positions in the factory and was able to fill multiple roles when called upon.
