iClips was a venture funded internet business that provided streaming video messaging and publishing tools for large website communities. The business model was based upon streaming video ad insertion prior to and after an end user video message.Oversaw the iClips short and long-term technology strategy and managed the execution of that strategy through setting the overall technical vision and direction of the company providing strategic leadership. Acted as a key part of the executive management team participating in all levels of decision-making including merger and acquisition negotiations, partners, outside investors, vendors, and the Board of Directors.

Managed Moody's Data Management organization comprised of 65 professional and technical associates supporting the organization-wide information needs of data entry, data integrity, document management of credit file material and central mail services. Established enterprise information strategy building a knowledge management and market identifier cross reference vision. This enabled increased reach of Moody's ratings feed products through establishing linkages between Moody's data and financial market data.Prepared and managed $15M budget. Reduced costs through consolidating third-party data vendor contracts. Business sponsor of the first company wide Intranet and document management platforms improving data collection, data quality, and analytic workflow.
