Host of The Afternoon Stream, weekdays 6-8pm EST on Twitch, discussing all things related to current events, politics, gaming and humor.

• Coordinate activities relating to patron admission, including ticket sales, verifying credentials of patrons desiring entrance, manage sales of merchandise• Oversee refreshment restocking and concession maintenance and cleaning• Answer phone to solve inquires, take message and transfer as needed.

• Demonstrate consistently high standards of customer service by interacting with visitors and staff in a way that is professional, helpful and engaging.• Calmly, courteously, and professionally respond to visitor concerns and complaints and take actions to help resolve them and refer to Supervisors as needed.• Assist to train, monitor, and develop the teens and interns in our department through coaching and leading by example.• Answers questions about the Aquarium, memberships, animals and exhibits, programs, and the surrounding area, including general tourist information.• Assist in greeting groups to the Aquarium in an engaging and welcoming manner.

Performing a variety of tasks including cleaning up theaters after movies, serving refreshments, helping people with tickets, and seeing to all patron needs.
