As Senior Director of Advanced Analytics at St. Luke's Health System, I set the strategy for system advanced analytics as a business discipline and for using data as an asset to meet the organization's objectives. I recruited top data scientists and led the processes for developing and deploying machine learning and artificial intelligence across the enterprise, resulting in highly accurate COVID-19 forecasting models that aided State of Idaho level decision-making and board-level machine learning based projections to drive long-term system growth. I also directed the development of high-value ROI models in areas such as supply chain, research, clinical operations, and strategy and planning. Additionally, I provide predictive analytics to other leaders to drive innovation and organizational objectives, and serve on executive operating committees to set policy and standards regarding the use of analytics. Finally, I create a culture that promotes data-driven decisions backed by investigation and collaboration around data.

As Enterprise Director of Data Analytics I partner with senior executive leadership and leverage sophisticated data analytics to identify areas of opportunity and recommend action plans to capture those opportunities. My work leverages Machine Learning to build models to create frameworks to better understand business drivers.
