Additionally, Mr. Stensrud oversees the company’s mobile marketing initiatives, search campaigns and social media marketing efforts. He manages multiple strategic partnerships and continuously leverages new media to generate leads and expand the company’s online presence and revenue streams. Prior to SouthStar Communities, Mr. Stensrud enjoyed a six-year tenure with Bluegreen Communities, a division of Bluegreen Corporation (NYSE: BXG). SouthStar Communities acquired Bluegreen Communities in May 2012. During his time at Bluegreen, Justin created some of the company’s most effective sales solutions for its real estate communities. Mr. Stensrud worked as a founding member of ApartmentMatching.com, an online apartment rental exchange and multi-family marketing services company. Previously, he also worked for zipRealty.com (ZIPR) the nation’s first full-service online residential real estate brokerage during their start-up phase.Mr. Stensrud earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from The University of Texas at Austin. He studied at the Caruth Institute for Entrepreneurship established by the SMU Cox School of Business. He has been a licensed real estate agent in the State of Texas since 1997.
