With 19 years of experience in commercial real estate (CRE), I am a seasoned and trusted advisor for investors, retailers, developers, restaurants, automotive groups and banks. I'm eager to connect with like-minded people who are intentional about placing the needs of local communities at the forefront of every project. As a Senior Retail Advisor at NAI Koella | RM Moore, I serve national accounts across the Southeast U.S. and provide fiduciary representation of CRE net leased investments, with an emphasis on shopping centers and business brokerage. In this journey, I have closed more than 850 transactions worth hundreds of millions of dollars and I've been recognized by industry, civic, and community leaders for exceptional performance. My mission is to create value for my clients and partners by leveraging my expertise in strategic retail and restaurant site analysis and selection, contract and lease negotiation, and real estate portfolio management. I am also passionate about creating content online and hosting Sterling's CommercialCast, a podcast for the CRE industry.
