☑ Responsible for prospecting and developing new business while retaining and growing an existing book of business in order to achieve and exceed yearly sales quotas☑ Develop new sales leads, conduct cold calls, solicit clients and prepare proposals based on product recommendations meetings customer needs and budgetary expectations☑ Create sales objectives and strategies to help increase productivity and meet sales metrics☑ Function as a product knowledge expert in order to suggest and explain proper products to customers☑ Negotiate short and long-term contracts with clients of all sizes☑ Regularly train new team members and update training for tenured team members when necessary
