Responsibilities includes: Onboarding Clients and ensuring clients understand knowledge base of product, customer retention, the ability to multi-task, redesigning websites base on clients branding and preferences, content transferring, domain management, basic to midlevel understanding of web fundamentals HTML and CSS as well as communicated and worked closely with front end web techs, design logos upon request specific to the clients branding and ideas (Examples available upon request).Daily duties consist of good thorough knowledge of website edits, domain management and working in Cloudflare and WordPress engine to complete the automation process of taking website to public viewing. Handling MX and TXT records and the ability to identify if there are any discrepancies when pulling DNS Records to ensure there is no downtime with a client’s emails during the automation processes. Works on an appointment basis upwards of working with 5 clients on a daily basis throughout an 8-hour shift. Is recognized by upper management and peers as a top performer in the Onboarding Department and has been praised with positive Google and Facebook Business reviews.
